Pico del Inglés Viewpoint

From Pico del Inglés (Mirador de Pico del Inglés) located at an altitude of 960 m, on a clear day, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the central part of the island and its northern tip.

You can see in detail the colorful evergreen forests of the Anaga park, the majestic Taodio and Afur gorges. Beyond them, you can see the cities of Santa Cruz with the dome of the Auditorium and Valle de Aguirre, the picturesque La Laguna. Further away, on a clear day, you can partially see the Guimar valley and the ancient Pedro Gil ridge, part of the Teide mountain range.

At the top of Pico del Inglés, there is an enclosed area for tourists, with a pathway between the slopes, allowing you to change the viewing angle and reveal new and diverse panoramas.

How to get to Pico del Inglés?

Tourists can reach the Pico del Inglés viewpoint by hiking trails or by car via the TF-12 highway. There is a small parking area nearby.

From La Laguna, bus 273 goes directly to the Pico del Inglés viewpoint, but it only runs twice a day. Buses 76, 77, and 275 run more frequently but stop a little short of the viewpoint. You need to get off at the Cruce Pico El Ingles stop and then walk about a kilometer.
