Of course, they don’t have an office at Fuerteventura airport, so you have to solve the puzzle of «find your car» in the huge airport parking lot. They gave us rough instructions. We exited the airport through the specified exit, and we were lucky — at the very end of the parking lot, I found a Pluscar vehicle with an employee. By the way, here I’m sharing my opinion on car rental in Tenerife.
He greeted us cheerfully and said that two cars were ordered for us. The thing is, when I booked the car, the airline changed the flight time a few days later. I wrote to Pluscar support many times, but they didn’t respond or change the car pickup time. In the end, I decided to book a car for the second time at a different time. After all, they don’t charge for this.

Because they didn’t want to respond to my emails, they had to bring two cars to the airport parking lot. I had a choice between a Fiat Panda or a Volkswagen Polo. I chose the latter, of course. They accepted cash payment for the rental, but asked for credit card details or any bank card details just in case. I slipped them the details of my Correos Prepago card.

No complaints about the car. The mileage was 52,000 km, but it drove well. We had a great time driving around Fuerteventura island. Returning the car was easier: we just left the car in the airport parking lot. I put the parking ticket under the windshield, hid the keys under the floor mat, and we left. Overall, you can rent a car from Pluscar if they offer good prices. In other situations, I would choose other rental companies.
