Playa Los Abrigos Beach

The town has 2 decent rocky beaches – Playa Los Abrigos and Playa de San Blas. It’s not worth making a special trip here just for swimming. The second beach is nicer. Recently, they’ve built a stylish wooden walkway and improved the beach in a wooden style.

In the mornings, stop by the fish market near the port. Buy the freshest Canarian fish directly from the fishermen.

The town’s highlight is the Mirador simonYmarco viewpoint on the promenade. Interesting rusty sculptures and fun lamps. By the way, the viewpoint overlooks the ocean and the Montaña Roja mountain.
